Dr. Hinkes, (International Keynote Speaker and Author), comes to us from Nashville, Tennessee, where he has had a varied and extensive career in the field of podiatry.
Added to his podiatry career, Dr. Hinkes has provided consultation services for primary care, emergency care services and specialty service clinics.
He has been the Field Advisor for Quality Assurance to the Director of Podiatry Services at VACO where he provided advice and action plans for implementation to the Director of Podiatric Services on issues relating to quality assurance in service provision.
